About us

CPG Finance Systems GmbH can look back on more than 45 years of company history as a payment service provider. With our customers, we have successfully designed the dynamic change in technology and regulation and have developed CPG.classic and CPG.instant, future-proof standard software solutions for ISO 20022 based payment transactions.

At the beginning of 2019, CPG became part of the ITP group. Within the group of companies, we advise, develop and operate innovative systems for payment transactions - efficiently, flexibly and reliably.

Dr. Andreas Szinovatz
Executive Partner

Dr. Andreas Szinovatz studied computer science at the Technical University in Vienna and earned his doctorate with an empirical work on risks in major projects.

From 1996 to 2002, he worked for a consulting firm in Wiesbaden, Germany, specializing in specialist and strategic consulting for German banks. From 1998 to 2002 he was a member of the management board.

In 2002 he founded the ITP Group which today is active with 116 employees and 5 locations in Germany. He is the author of several professional articles and books on the topics of project management, innovation and IT architecture.

Dr. Martin Berger
Executive Partner

Dr. Martin Berger studied mathematics at OTH Regensburg & the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences and did his doctorate at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern in the field of operations research on the topic of multi-criteria optimization in the design of electronic circuits.

From 2010 to 2014 he worked as researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM, where he worked on and managed numerous research and development projects in the fields of microelectronics, automobiles, logistics and healthcare.

He then implemented key software development projects for customers in the banking industry as an IT consultant for ITP Nord GmbH.

He is driven by innovative research ideas and new technologies and their implementation in practice.

Andreas Wegmann
Head of Sales

Andreas Wegmann holds a degree in business administration from the Munich University of Applied Sciences and has started his career in product management and as a trainer for project management software.

His sales career began with an international manufacturer of self-service banking equipment and EFTPOS terminals, and held various positions with e-payment solutions providers. He is well acquainted with the credit card industry and all aspects of online payments, and has been instrumental in many national and international omnichannel, collection and wallet projects. Since autumn 2018 he is responsible for business development at CPG Finance Systems GmbH.

ITP Group

The ITP Group sees itself as an IT service provider for: innovation and digitization projects in financial service providers, the energy industry and in startups. With CPG.classic, CPG.instant and SEPax, powerful solutions for electronic payments are offered.

130 employees work in 4 locations for the ITP Group.

The ITP Group consists of ITP Nord GmbH, Rhein-Ruhr-Informatik GmbH and CPG Finance Systems GmbH.
